We replaced existing fencing with 14 
metres of new 3ft high flat top picket fencing, constructed with 3ft high vertical palings, clad to 2 x horizontal timber arris rails, supported by 4in x 4in timber mortised posts, plus fitting a new framed ledged and braced picket gate fully furnished.
